It all depends on the level of skier and time of year. I ski mostly off the T-bar on Peak 7 and the entire Front bowl, Chair 6, E Chair, and Peak 10. For more moderate terrain, most folks like the main part of Peak 8 and Peak 9. The resort is amazing and you should simply ski every inch that is within your ability. I love the peak 9 area and hiking up to peak 7 off the t bar or skiing the bowl is tons of fun. The bowl accommodates most levels so no worries when you get there. Hiking up to the top of the peak is a decision you will need to make once you are there and see what you are in for. If you like Breck, Copper Mountain is much the same. A Basin if you are going to make a trip to a different resort is worth the bus ride or drive. But if you are limited in time Breck will offer all you need.
